The Job.
Kamal reached out to us in May of 2020 to see if we would be able to help him lift and shift his website from another platform. Kamal is a well-known influential dog trainer and his online courses are a core part of his business, but the existing website just wasn’t doing its job.
An important part of the brief for us was to not redesign the site too much. Although the site was moving from a completely different platform, it had to look as similar as possible to the original one to prevent existing customers from becoming confused.
Another part of the brief was the customers themselves. With hundreds of active users, all on different subscription and access plans, there was a fair amount of data handling to be done here too.
Adding 300 video lessons and transferring everything for phase one happened within a month and went without a hitch, the result is in keeping with the previous site and the users have noted improved experiences too.
The Result.
Since the launch of the new website, Kamal has added additional courses and continues to do so. The website is a fully functioning, semi-automated system that truly looks after itself.
